Michael Childress has extensive experience in understanding the insurance policy from the property owner/mortgage lender’s perspective, including its coverages, exclusions and interpretations, as well as the practices utilized by insurers to delay and/or deny payment. He counsels national and international policyholders in matters that involve risk management, disaster recovery, and insurance coverage. He is very familiar with the claims process and he knows how to challenge large insurance companies during that stage, as well as in necessary litigation.
